“Nature is an endless source of inspiration. In recent years I dedicated myself to it, heart and soul, indeed I study and work in the middle of a wood, surrounded by majestic trees, oaks, olive trees, fruit trees and animals.
In love with this paradise, I carve wood and sculpt iron works dedicated to flora, fauna and to the marine world.
The message that I would like to spread is about love for nature and for life, and I would like to stimulate -especially young people- to the passionate watching of the natural wonders, and to learn to respect and to live in harmony with them.
I work surrounded by the silence of my little world, with the pleasant company of my faithful friend, my dog.
The evocative sound of the hammer on the anvil and the blows on the white-hot iron seem like a bell, a sort of music that does not annoy animals; least of all blackbirds, that comes nearer to peck bread pieces I throw for them. ”
